• Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Good Communication : Fluent and polite communication is needed in Both English and Hindi.
• Issue Resolution : Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to electric vehicles, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of BattRE's electric vehicles, including features, specifications, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Feedback Collection : Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Technical Assistance : Offer basic technical support and guidance on vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as sales, technical support, and product development to address customer needs and concerns.
• Training Participation : Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with product updates and industry trends.
• Customer Retention : Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, including follow-up communications and personalized service.
