• Responsible for taking orders confirmation from customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns related to orders, products, or services.
• Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, order details, and issue resolutions in the database or CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Assist customers in navigating the company's website or online ordering platform, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and gather feedback on their experience with the support service.
