Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Handle customer calls to collect overdue payments.
• Work on 1st Party and 3rd Party collections.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues.
• Update customer records and document collection actions.
• Ensure compliance with collection laws and company policies.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year experience in collections, preferably in an international BPO environment (UK/US/AUS).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in US shifts.
