: Customer Support Assistant (Multiple Shifts)Position Overview: As a Customer Support Assistant in our foreign-based company, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service through live chat and calls. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and professional manner. Fluency in English is essential, and a disciplined approach to work is crucial to succeed in this role. We have multiple vacancies available, including early morning and night shifts, catering to various time zones.Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Engage with customers via live chat, email, or phone calls to assist with product inquiries, order placement, billing questions, and technical support.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily and provide feedback to the relevant departments for process improvement.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Technical Support to coordinate customer requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers and colleagues, documenting interactions and resolutions accurately.
  • Adherence to Shift Schedule:
  • Commit to working assigned shifts punctually and consistently, including early morning (5:00 am to 2:30 pm) or night shifts (6:30 pm to 4:30 am), depending on the vacancy.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to accommodate occasional schedule changes or overtime as required.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of products/services.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a multinational or foreign-based company.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and complaints.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
