Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding: Host onboarding sessions via Google Meet with new clients, ensuring they're familiarized with our tools, understand the value proposition, and are set up for success from the get-go.

Chat Support: Offer first-class assistance to our clients through our chat support platform, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering positive client relationships.

Sales Collaboration: Team up with the sales department to pinpoint opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and play a part in the sales cycle when needed.

Project Assistance: Work alongside project teams, aiding in comprehending client specifications and guaranteeing that projects align with client expectations.

Continuous Learning: Remain up-to-date with Storetools' evolving product suite, industry shifts, and best practices to ensure clients receive informed and timely support.

Feedback Integration: Act as the nexus between clients and our development and sales teams, relaying invaluable feedback and insights to refine our offerings.

Requirements:

• Stellar proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in customer support or sales is advantageous.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using Google Meet and other digital communication tools.
• Adaptable to the dynamic nature of startup environments and eager to take on diverse responsibilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a genuine passion for ensuring client success.
