As a

Customer Support Associate

, you will be the first point of contact for customers using

Bridge

. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with troubleshooting issues, verifying processes, and providing on-ground support when required. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:



Troubleshooting Assistance:

Provide prompt resolutions for customer issues on

Bridge

via chat, calls, and emails.

Verifications:

Ensure accuracy by verifying customer details, transactions, and system configurations.

On-Ground Support:

Visit client locations when required to assist with hardware/software setup and issue resolution.

Customer Training:

Educate customers on best practices, system usage, and new feature rollouts.

Issue Escalation:

Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams.

Documentation:

Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues for continuous improvement.

Requirements:



Experience:

1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS, tech, or hospitality sectors.

Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. Basic technical knowledge of POS systems or SaaS platforms is a plus.

Flexibility:

Willingness to provide on-ground support when required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
