We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Associate (Male) to join our team in Lowadih, Ranchi. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via social media interactions.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, how to order, price information, shipping charges, and more.
• Moderate and respond to social media comments to ensure positive customer engagement and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 from an English medium school.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in computer usage and internet navigation.
• Must be familiar with the features of social media platforms.
• Strong reasoning and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in a call center or BPO environment is preferred but not required.
