Job Title: Customer Service Representative - E-commerce Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to e-commerce queries via WhatsApp and phone. 2. Provide accurate product information, order status, and assistance with navigating the e-commerce platform. 3. Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving payment-related concerns. 4. Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism. 5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to find solutions and enhance overall customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using customer relationship management (CRM) tools. 7. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and e-commerce policies to effectively assist customers. 8. Handle and escalate customer issues appropriately, following established guidelines and procedures. 9. Effectively manage and prioritize workload to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and response time targets. 10. Provide feedback to improve processes and contribute to a positive team culture. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. 2. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic knowledge of online shopping processes. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 7. Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns. 8. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software. 9. Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and priorities. 10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Benefits:
