The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Mediassist customers via phone, email, and chat.Mediassist Careers Responsibilities

• Provides customer support by phone, email escalates more technical product-related issues to proper Product Support department.
• Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies root cause of problem and uses tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
• Meets standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to Schedule and average handle time.
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the management as needed.
• Following up complicated customer calls where required.
• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Documenting details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal / external departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Educational: At least 12th Pass
• Salary Bar: 14,000 INR-16,500 INR CTC*
• 6 days working, 1 WeekOff.
• RotationalShifts (24*7)
• Probation period :6 Months
• Statutory deductions applicable on salary.
