Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clientele. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions from international customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues by following standard procedures and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Document and update customer records in the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and MS Office.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in an international voice.
