- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions from international customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues by following standard procedures and ensuring timely resolution.
- Document and update customer records in the system accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Minimum of 8 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and MS Office.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in an international voice.
