Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to request and retrieve medical records. Verify patient information and ensure accuracy. Document all interactions and transactions accurately. Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely retrieval. Provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Prepare and submit regular status reports. Participate in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:



Bachelores ; degree in healthcare or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in voice process, customer service, or medical record retrieval is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including MS Office. Bachelors

Pay: ?8,719.16 - ?27,296.20 per month
