As a Customer Support Associate (Fresher), you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service to our clients. This entry-level position is suitable for individuals who are enthusiastic, quick learners, and possess good communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi , and the role is based in a Work From Office (WFO) setting.
Qualifications:
• Educational qualification: Graduate
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi.
• No prior customer service experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
