Role: Customer Support Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for taking calls with customers and understanding their queries and concerns.
• Ensuring customer queries and concerns are resolved on time
• Need to maintain less than 8% shrinkage on MTD (Month till date)
• Need to be flexible in case of volume increases to support the callings.
Exp: 1 yrs
Languages to be known : Hindi is Mandatory + telugu
Industry: Any industry . Pref should have customer support.
Education : Degree
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Working Days: 6 days in a week (Mon - Sat)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
