Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner through email.
• Accurately assess customer issues, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate this to customers to assist with their queries.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful tone while addressing customer concerns.
• Log all customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system to ensure proper documentation.
