As a Customer Service Associate in a domestic voice process, you will be responsible for handling inbound or outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. Key Responsibilities :
• Handle customer calls in a polite, clear, and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and answer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
• Maintain customer records, document interactions, and update databases.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
• Stay updated on product/service information and company policies.
