What will you do?
• Answer calls, chats or emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
• Take a Customer-focused approach to handle complaints and escalations.
• Identify Customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/ or alternatives. Building relationships.
• Understanding the unstated needs of the customer, asking relevant questions.
• Achieving the assigned target, following all SOPs
Competencies and Skills Required :
• Proven experience of working in a similar role for minimum 2 years
• Candidates from E-Commerce and D2C companies will be given preference
• Excellent verbal and written english communications skills
• Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Able to work on google suite and familiarity with google documents.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames.
Work Experience: 2-4 Years
Working days: 6 days (Monday - Saturday)
