_ Role and Responsibilities : _
Providing consultation to internal and external customers over the phone and email to determine and document conference logistics.
• Execute, Moderate, Coordinate and Monitor the Conferences
• Monitoring ongoing conference calls to diagnose and resolve issues arising during the conference calls or meetings.
• Collecting, organizing, and maintaining customer escalations and problem logs for use by other teams responsible for providing solutions and support.
• Co-ordination with the corporate clients for meetings
• Co-ordination with different departments
• Follow-ups with sales team for hot leads
• Conducting Investor Relations Calls
• Monitoring conference calls
• Making reports on Excel
• Generate leads (Appointments/ Conference Calls)
• Record information appropriately in Excel
•Key Skills : •
• Candidate should have good comm skills (Both Verbal & Written)
• Flexible to work in rotational & Hybrid shifts.
• Candidate should have qualities like Discipline, Punctual, Hardworking and Sincerity towards your work.
• Good knowledge of MS office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
•Qualification : •
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
