: Kannada Customer Support Executive
Position Overview:
As a Kannada Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers who speak Kannada. Your primary responsibility is to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally in Kannada through phone calls, emails, live chat, or social media platforms.
2. Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, providing accurate information, guidance, and solutions to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Fluency in Kannada: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Kannada are essential for effective interaction with customers in Karnataka.
2. Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Conditions:
- The position may involve working in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to provide round-the-clock customer support coverage.
- Customer Support Executives may work in an office environment or remotely, depending on the company's policies and requirements.
