Job Description
•Customer Support Associate• - International Voice Process
Location - Gurugram
Work Mode - In Office
Immediate Joiners Only
•Preferred Profile:•
-Graduate candidates preferred but UG's can also apply.
-Must have good command in English and should be able to speak fluently.
-Must have minimum 6 months experience in BPO sector in a CSA profile with valid documents.
Candidates must not have MTI in their speech while speaking.
•Working Schedule:•
-5 days working with 2 days rotational off.
-Total shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
-Casual leave apart from week offs won't be considered for the first 3 months from the date of joining.
•Perks & Benefit :•
Between 27k CTC to 35k CTC
Cabs will be provided to the candidates who reside within the hiring zone.
