Broad of Customer Support Associate (CSA) shall be as under:
Age Not Less Than 22.
• Facilitating existing / prospective customer in filling up of application form.
• Obtaining signed applications collecting documents including KYC documents, cheque etc.
• Following up for signatures / additional documents.
• Collection of audit related documents etc. from the existing as well as prospective clients,
• Attend any other miscellaneous assignments / responsibility given by BO / Local office from time to time and ready to go to the field.
Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Candidate must possess B.Com. / M.Com./CS/CS (Inter) / ICWAI etc from a recognized University.
(2) The candidate should have prior basic knowledge of accounting and banking.
(3) The candidate should have basic knowledge of computers.
(4) The Age of the candidate should not be less than 22 years,
(5) Preference shall be for a local candidate with proficiency (speak, read & write) in Local Language (Punjabi), Hindi and English
The candidate shall have a Valid Driving License
