Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via phone calls in an international environment.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while assisting customers.
Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately in the system.
Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Prior experience in an international voice process is an advantage.
