We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide detailed information about our agricultural products and services.
  • Assist customers with product selection and offer guidance based on their specific needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in agriculture or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the agriculture industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Knowledge of agricultural products and practices is highly desirable.
