JOB DESCRIPTION - (Chennai Candidates only) (Walk in interview between (4PM - 6PM )Only
Looking for a self driven Male individual, with exceptional communication skills, The candidate will be required to attend international calls and emails mainly for our U.S and Canada customers.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying hardware & software solutions.
Providing timely & accurate customer feedback.
Handling inbound calls of US & CANADA based customer to resolve their technical queries.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL S : Excellent written and verbal communication Skills with accent .
Basic computer knowledge (Both hardware and software).
Medium proficiency in Google sheets and MS office.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (5.30PM to 2.30AM IST). • Male candidates are preferred.
