Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Sales Executive, where you will be responsible for effectively communicating with leads and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Make outgoing calls to leads interested in our free counseling services. Engage with potential clients, provide information about our services, and schedule appointments for counseling sessions.
• Receive incoming calls from leads and existing clients. Address their inquiries, provide guidance and support, and ensure a positive customer experience. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Answer emails and web chats from clients promptly and effectively. Provide accurate information, answer queries, and offer appropriate guidance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet monthly sales targets by effectively promoting our counseling services and converting leads into clients. Employ persuasive and consultative selling techniques to increase client enrollment.
• Prepare daily reports summarizing call activities, leads generated, conversions, and sales achievements and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• At least 2 years of experience in US sales process.
• Previous cold calling experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and abilities to comprehend a situation
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
