Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support and Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will assist with operational tasks such as returns processing and repacking. As we are an e-commerce selling company and a marketplace seller on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, you will also support our multi-channel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
• Assist with operational tasks, including processing returns and repacking items.
• Manage and support multi-channel operations on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or team members.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service and operational processes.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest enhancements to our service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency goals.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience in customer service and operations, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
