Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and energetic 12th pass freshers to join our customer support team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure high levels of satisfaction and provide quick resolutions to customer queries. No prior experience is required, and full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.Key Responsibilities: * Customer Interactions:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and policies.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and ensure all queries are addressed with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Identify customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support teams.
  • Manage complaints with empathy and ensure that the customers issue is effectively solved.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful advice to customers.
  • Stay updated on product changes, updates, and new offerings to ensure customers receive the latest information.
  • Data Entry and Documentation:
  • Record customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and solutions provided in the CRM system.
  • Document customer feedback and report recurring issues to the team for process improvement.
  • Follow-up:
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure that customers are satisfied with the resolution provided.
  • Proactively follow up on customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members to meet customer service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings to share feedback, learnings, and best practices for improved customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualification: Must have completed 12th grade (Higher Secondary School).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and/or local language as required by the company).
  • Customer Service Orientation: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Good analytical skills and the ability to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Patience and Empathy: Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure, especially when dealing with challenging customers.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and improve with the changing needs of the customer service role.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, and basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software is a plus.
  • Freshers Welcome: Prior experience in customer support or call centers is not mandatory, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
