: Customer Support Agent (12th Pass Freshers)We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agents to join our dynamic team.   • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chats to provide assistance regarding products or services, technical issues, billing, and other general inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Listen carefully to customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional, calm, and empathetic manner. Ensure that each issue is dealt with promptly, effectively, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of the companys products or services and utilize this knowledge to effectively assist customers and answer questions accurately.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the companys CRM system. Ensure all customer concerns are logged and followed up as required.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure that customers are kept informed about the progress of their inquiries. Ensure all customer feedback is collected and passed on to the relevant departments for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth customer service operations. Be open to collaboration and willing to learn from more experienced colleagues.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure that all customer interactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain professionalism at all times and abide by the companys code of conduct.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling (If Applicable): Based on customer needs, offer information about additional products or services that may be beneficial to them, contributing to the companys growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualification: A minimum of 12th-grade completion from a recognized board or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the required language(s) (English, Hindi, or any other regional languages as required). Clear and confident communication is key in this role.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong desire to help others, with a friendly and professional attitude. Empathy and patience are critical to ensure customers feel valued.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze customer issues and find solutions, often under pressure. Good judgment and decision-making skills are a must.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to document and track customer interactions accurately and follow up on open issues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Be open to learning new tools, systems, and procedures as the role evolves.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
