  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Stay informed about updates or changes to product offerings or support procedures.
  • Documentation:
  • Accurately log customer issues, feedback, and resolutions in the companys customer management system.
  • Ensure that all interactions are properly documented, and follow-up actions are recorded.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals by delivering friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented service.
  • Follow customer service best practices and contribute to creating a positive brand image for the company.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work effectively with other members of the customer support team and collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical, or logistics) when necessary to resolve customer issues.

Requirements: * Educational Qualification:
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Higher education is a plus).
  • No prior experience requiredtraining will be provided.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in [language(s) required].
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and customer support software (training can be provided).
