  • Product/Service Knowledge:
  • Continuously update knowledge on the companys products, services, and policies to provide the most up-to-date information.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
  • Customer Retention & Satisfaction:
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services that might benefit customers.
  • Strive to build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and maintaining positive communication.
  • Collect feedback from customers to help improve service quality and overall customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum 12th grade completion (High School Graduate).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the required language(s).
