Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and requests. Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Provide detailed information on products/services, troubleshooting, and guiding customers through processes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, and follow-ups. Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs). Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, where applicable. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers in challenging situations.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO voice process (customer service experience preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency is a must). Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage customer queries effectively. Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and maintain performance standards. Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners preferred.
