Job Description

JD for Service Engineer Position

1) ITI/Diploma in Mechanical with 3+ years' work experience in Air-conditioning Services. BSc/BCom with 5+ years of relevant experience in customer support will also be considered.

2) Responsible for handling all aspects of Service including receiving customer complaints, allotting teams to complaints/Free Services/Installation Jobs.

3) Also responsible for handling Admin Related all office activities. Housekeeping, Bank Related Works etc.

4) Responsible for generating Service Business through Tenders or other Leads.

5) Responsible for following up with OEM for Parts, Service & Commissioning claims & be able to work on software.

6) Follow up for AMC with customers, collecting AMC orders & payments.

7) Own conveyance is a must. Must be willing to travel to sites.

8) Must be computer savvy. Should be able to work on Excel, Outlook, Email etc.

9) Should be able to handle a Team. Should be able to take reports from team members & then send MIS to Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
