Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Analysis
Accurately enter product details, pricing information, and other data into the e-commerce platform or database.
Update and maintain existing records, ensuring data consistency.
Create and maintain documentation for data entry procedures and standards.
Customer Support
Respond to customer enquiry via voice process.
Resolve customer queries and assist with product information.
Deal with international clients via call.
Eligibility Criteria:
. The candidate must have pursued/ be pursuing BBA/MBA/PGDM/BCA/BE/MCA/MBDA or any other relevant qualification.
. Experience: 0-1 years/ Fresher's with dynamic personality.
. He should possess sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and E-mail correspondence.
. Fluency in English communication is mandatory.
.Strong interpersonal, analytical and result-oriented skills would be looked upon.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Night shift

• Overtime pay
