About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Driving customer success by aligning with customer goals throughout the organization.
2. Monitoring relevant customer metrics for those goals and keeping account overviews.
3. Communicating with customers based on business approach (low-touch, tech-touch, high-touch).
4. Intervening through proactive customer engagement to prevent support issues, foster customer loyalty, and promote good business relationships.
5. Writing and editing in-app notifications together with the assigned \'CS Ops\' representative.
6. Conducting onboarding, implementation, and training sessions as required.
7.
