Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionPosition - Customer Success SpecialistAs a Customer Success Specialist you will be based in Kolkata & will provide expert knowledge of products/applications and consultative scientific support to sales, customers, support & applications teams, cross-functional resources, and other stakeholders. This position reports to Regional Manager - Pathology LabKey Roles & Responsibilities:1) Partner with sales in the field to provide customers with the scientific and product support vital to accelerate the sales processo Pre-sales customer presentations/seminarso Experimental designso Product evaluation and selectiono Evaluation of IHC , ISH , IF ,DP workflow optimizationo Training and post-sale technical support2) Participate in scientific seminars and trade shows by providing technical presentationsProvide installation and training support for IHC , ISH ,DP library preparation and target enrichment workflow for our customers3) Supervise technical trends and provide feedback on competitive landscape, conceptualization of product extensions, product positioning, and application development; share with Applications Manager and Product Managers4) Report on activities in the field on a regular basis to upper management.Who You Are3+ years proven experience applying Molecular Biology/Sequencing / IHC concepts, practices, and proceduresproven track record in IHC and Digital Pathology work flowAbility to learn Roche solutions (i.e, Immuno histo-chemistry, life sciences, Digital Pathology, IT solutions) and stay current with industry trends.Transferable SkillsStrong customer consultative skills which includes application of scientific knowledge and analysis, outstanding customer engagement, and encouraging of customer relationshipsWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
