Roles and responsibilities

Handle customer queries on our product and services.

Customer complaint management and resolution

Merchant Agreement preparation and management.

KYC Validation, Document Filling and management system

Preparing and managing Reports and documents

Co-ordinate with various departments and complete task assigned well within time.

Required Skill Set

Bachelor degree or having 1 year experience in a similar role. Freshers are also welcomed.

Candidates having excellent communication skills- written and spoken English.

Willingness to learn and operate the different platforms within the system.

The candidate should be able to multitask and should be able to handle pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?3,000,000.00 - ?4,500,000.00 per year
