Requirements : 1+ year of experience Really good communication skills - written and spoken Ability to complete tasks diligently in a timebound manner Good executor Qualifications - Doesn\'t matter much Located in Ahmedabad, in office Responsibilities : Communicating and interacting with clients on a regular basis Exploring customer accounts each week to see their account usage and derive action items from it Problem solving mindset to resolve issues with the product, and get answers in co-ordination with other teams Answering tickets or queries relating to the product Providing rich demos highlighting the features and functionalities of the product Working towards increasing account revenue by pitching more ideas/solutions to the clients Creating proof of concepts using our no-code chatbot builder to win expansion deals with clients Onboarding clients to the product and setting up their accounts
