Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS cloud services and IT infrastructure. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads by understanding and addressing client requirements related to AWS cloud solutions. You will be the bridge between our technical team and our customers, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads related to AWS cloud services and IT infrastructure needs through various channels including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Solution Consultation: Offer expert advice on AWS cloud services, helping customers to understand the benefits and applications of various AWS solutions.
• Requirement Analysis: Analyze customer requirements and work closely with the technical team to ensure the proposed solutions meet their needs.
• Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential leads to convert them into long-term customers.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Feedback Collection: Collect and relay customer feedback to the technical and product development teams for continuous improvement of services.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, customer interactions, and market trends to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and general IT infrastructure.
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales or lead generation, preferably in the IT or cloud services sector.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a customer success, sales, or lead generation role within the IT industry.
• Certifications: AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
