Job Requisition ID #24WD80662Position OverviewThe Customer Success Rep is focused on driving value in the "Onboard" and "Use" lifecycle stages as they deploy Autodesk solutions. This role will proactively engage directly with customers through data-driven triggered actions and react to inbound customer-initiated triggers. The CS Rep's mission is to create customer loyalty and growth through irresistible customer experiences.Minimum Qualifications

  • Build onboarding and adoption strategies to grow usage of Autodesk solutions by reactively responding to customer inquiries
  • You will report to Customer Success Head
  • Drive a high volume of quality engagements by phone, e-mail, social media, and other mechanisms with customer contacts to maximise impact on customer success
  • We are seeking post-graduate with 5+ year of Customer Success experience, specifically
  • This is an Individual Contributor reporting to Customer success head in India
  • You will be expected to work from Autodesk Bangalore office
  • You will assist customers by providing direct guidance and resources to help onboard new solutions
  • Focus on closing maximum customer actions identified & assigned enabling us to improve customer coverage
  • Identify and assist at-risk customers who have low adoption of products to increase the value they receive toward meeting our goals.
  • You will work with sales teams, the reseller partner ecosystem, technical support, client services, and others to guide customer success motions and resolve customer activation/onboarding/usage issues
  • Close out a range of data-driven customer success motions
  • Guide high-level customer satisfaction and experience to ensure continued customer adoption of Autodesk products through customer value-added conversation
  • You will engage with customers to help them achieve the desired outcomes leading to create customer success story
  • Pursue subject matter expertise in the needs and value drivers for onboarding and usage of Autodesk solutions for administrators, users, and decision-makers within customers
  • While engaging throughout the lifecycle, be able to identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship and support the sales team to pursue the expansion opportunity
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing areas of responsibility and tasks to completion under strict deadlines
  • Highly skilled at managing time between calls, troubleshooting follow ups, customer relationship management and new customer outreach
  • Work experience of 6+ years
