Salary : 3.6 lacs 4.5 lacs per annum + Incentives
Shift Timing : US 7 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Role Description
This is a full-time Client Service Role at iTech Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing B2B Sellers LifeCycle .
Criteria
1. Candidates with experience in international client servicing process will be preferred.
2. Experience in Up selling and cross selling
3. Excellent Communication skills
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
5. Ability to work independently and in a team6. Experience in the ecommerce industry is a plus
