We are a CRM built for recruitment agencies that helps them be more productive. We have been focusing on revenue and profitability before it became cool.As a Customer Success Manager-2 at Recruiterflow, you will serve as the main point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they get the most out of our platform and services. Your primary objective will be to build strong, lasting relationships by advocating for their success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and help drive ongoing product improvements. This role will involve managing clients across North America and Europe.Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, acting as their advocate within Recruiterflow.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition while providing thorough product adoption, training, and support.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and workflows to tailor solutions that maximize customer value and address their needs.
  • Proactively engage with clients to drive platform adoption, usage, and complete feature utilization, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, communicating feedback, feature requests, and issues for timely resolution.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and other teams to support the growth and expansion of the customer base.
  • Continuously refine and enhance customer success strategies and processes for better outcomes.
Job Requirements:
  • 6+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment or recruiting agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and effectively engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer success principles and methodologies, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data and using insights to inform decisions and actions.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, adept at navigating complex situations and resolving issues effectively.
  • Should have experience working with global customers, particularly from the US, UK, and EU.
