Creating mock-ups of various activities for approval. Reporting on interactions and impressions on campaigns. Updating databases and backend systems to ensure the correct content is live. Coordinate with the development team to meet client requirements. Providing above and beyond - WOW! - service while helping clients with their needs. Who You Are Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial, you will need to take ownership and make this your own. You have strong attention to detail and time management skills You have strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a high-pressure cross-functional environment. Ability to work independently. Qualifications/Experience Outstanding written and verbal English communication. Experience working with Photoshop. Database management experience. Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a customer success role.
