What youll be doing: Develop healthy customer relationships Handle customer complaints and requests Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value Work with product and tech teams to incorporate inputs and feedback in the product for a great customer experience Track and optimizing processes by being on the top of data Incorporate best practices to deliver customer satisfaction Who were looking for: Bachelor degree or equivalent required Min 1 year of experience working with a product company (preferably D2C) Knowledge of customer success processes Technology/Tools: Any CSM tool for Saas & CRM Process related Tools: Jira Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Emotional Intelligence Creative Problem solving skills Proactive approach High level of energy and personal drive Highly organized and able to multi task Patient and active listener Passion for service
