Engage in proactive networking and social media activities to discover new sales opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn. Identify prime targets for up-sell/cross-sell and engage the Sales team to execute on those opportunities. Schedule online meetings and demos with potential clients to understand their needs. Assess customer needs and identify possible selling opportunities by conducting market research. Provide management with sales reports and data Ready to walk the extra mile to meet Customer Success. Experience: An experience of 0-2 years in sales. Exposure to online sales engagement will be an added advantage. Bachelors or masters degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of tools like Word and PowerPoint
