About the job Customer Success LeadA confident candidate who will be the face of the company and take care of the customer support and operational activities of the company. The candidate should\xc2\xaf have experience of working in a B2C startup\xc2\xaf\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 They are someone who are currently living in Bangalore or are willing to relocate later and can start\xc2\xafimmediately or have 30 days notice period.\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Job Responsibilities:\xc3\x82 Understand ins and outs of the product, company and space Fello works in to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 Be responsible for providing support across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, chat, email and phone.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 \xc2\xafContribute in product development and fixes by reporting issues and suggestions shared by the customers.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 \xc2\xafProvide prompt and fast resolution and make sure that the solution is given in time.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 Maintain and update customer documentation as needed.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Mandatory Requirements:\xc3\x82 \xc2\xaf1-3 years of experience in customer support in a startup environment.\xc2\xaf\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 Experience in managing and handling financial operations of the company along with relevant finance heads.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 Experience in handling support across chat, social media, email and phone\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 \xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 Preferred Requirements:\xc3\x82 Process and track customer claims to ensure claims are resolved timely.\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Familiarity with CRM tools and systems\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Qualities\xc3\x82 Outstanding multitasking abilities and experience in any finance sector.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 Extraordinary energy, highly motivated and ability to work in a high octane startup environment.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 Amazing communication skills with the ability to communicate in English and Hindi.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Eligibility Criteria:\xc3\x82 1-3 years of experience in customer support in a startup environment.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 \xc2\xafExperience in handling support across chat, social media, email and phone.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 Should have Managerial experience.\xc2\xaf\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Whats for the Candidate:\xc3\x82 20-40% hike on current CTC\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Opportunity to grow quick as you will be one of the first hires.\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Flexible work hours and remote work options at times.
