In this role, you'll assist in building strong, lasting relationships with clients by supporting end-to-end monthly endorsements, helping with business reviews, and proactively preventing any escalations.Roles & Responsibilities:As an intern, you will contribute to and build a combination of the following projects/responsibilities:

• Support client operations in co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders such as client POCs and insurers
• Enable client relationships through efficient business touchpoints and reviews
• Act as a reliable point of contact to address client escalations

Requirements:We're looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in learning about the insurance industry
• Possesses excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Is familiar with MS Excel and enjoys working with data. Comfortable using tools like CRM, G-Suite, Slack, etc.
• Is detail-oriented and eager to build meaningful relationships with clients
• Is excited about solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
