As a Customer Success Executive, we play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation, support, and training of our School ERP system. We conduct demos, provide training sessions, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

We do all these by engaging highly self driven individuals who are passionate about learning and growing while giving back to society.

If you are an enthusiastic and proactive fresher who is eager to learn and make a difference then you must be

• Available to join within 15 days of selection;
• Flexible to travel to client sites
• Rise to the need of customers to solve business problems
• Keen on a 6 day work week
• Saturdays - Dedicated 4 hours of training (2 hours in Technology and 2 hours in Operations)

Selection Process:

You will have to dedicate 4 hours of your time for the process to get over

• Hiring Manager Round
• Sales Team Round
• HR Round

Qualifications:

• Education in BTech (CS,IT, ECE, Instrumentation and lastly EEE) can be considered . Order of preference is mentioned.; BCA, MCA, B.Sc (CS)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Upgradations:

• Internship experience in customer success, account management, or a related role is a plus.
• Knowledge of the education sector or school management systems is an advantage.
• Additional certifications in customer success or project management are beneficial.
• Knowledge of productivity tools like MS Office, Google Suite, Open Office Suite
• Know ledged of HTML will be an added advantage

Salary and Career Path

• Competitive entry-level salary would be 25k Per month.
• Based on performance and aptitude, salary will be increased to 30k and an option to opt for a career in Technology, with a role of Business Analyst or Programming
• 2nd year, if they continue in the support services, based on performance , aptitude and attitude ,salary will be increased to 35k and opportunity to take up a leadership role in Operations or an option to opt for a career in Technology, with a role of Business Analyst or Programming
