We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Estetica, a cutting-edge platform connecting salons, spas, and skin clinics with clients. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and onboarding service providers, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with partners. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities o Provider Onboarding: o Identify and reach out to salons, spas, and skin clinics to onboard them onto the Estetica platform. o Present Estetica's value proposition and tailor solutions to meet providers' needs. o Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with service providers. o Act as the primary point of contact for service providers to address their queries and concerns. o Sales Strategy Implementation: o Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans. o Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the assigned territory or segment. o Market Research: o Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth. o Gather insights to improve Estetica's offerings and adapt sales strategies. o Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, provider data, and contracts in the CRM system. o Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market feedback. o Collaboration: o Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop campaigns and strategies for provider acquisition and retention.
