Job Description

Job location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad
Experience: 1-3 Years
Salary: 2 to 2.5 LPA Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Key Responsibilities: • Identify potential high-end clients by analyzing market trends and customer needs

Understand client requirements and pain points thoroughly, offer expert advice and to provide customized solutions that meet their specific needs. Maintain accurate records and regular reporting of customer needs
• Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Continuously expand the prospect database and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Preparegoodclient pitches and presentations, showcasing our greenery solutions.
• Effectively communicate the features, pricing and benefits of our products and services, to address client-specific needs and concerns.
• Discusscontract negotiations, pricing, and contract closure to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both Company and the Clients.
• Closingthe deals effectively, maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provideongoing support, address concerns, and facilitate long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and exceptional customer experience.
• Buildandnurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, designers, and industry influencers.
• Establish trust and credibility with the Client as a subject matter expert, and position Company as the preferred solution provider.
• Handlecomplaints or concerns with ease and if required escalate to Seniors.
• Preparemonthly, weekly or daily sales analysis reports. Aim to achieve monthly, quarterly &annual targets.

Skills Required: • Goodcommunicationskills- Speaking mandatorily (in all 3 languages- English, Hindi and Telugu) with relevant experience or sales experience
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
• Well-groomed and decent in appearance
• Goodpresentation and report preparing skills
• Connections with Corporates, HNI clients and Gifting Companies will be an added advantage
• Goodmanagerial and negotiations skills, prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
• Flexible with work timings (if needed)
• Require2wheeler, petrol charges company will provide for official works
