• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey.
• Understand customer needs and proactively offer solutions to meet their requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to foster loyalty and retention.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive and customer-centric mindset.
