Responsibilities:
  • Handling & resolving customer queries via incoming calls, emails, and chats
  • Calling up the users for the renewals and to increase the product engagements.
  • Informing the customers after the product releases on calls and emails.
  • Gathering & organising feedback from customers promptly
  • Appropriate follow ups with customers on calls to address their requirements.
Requirements:
  • The candidate must have experience working with Domestic and International clients.
  • Preferred work experience is 6 months to 1 year.
  • Should have good communication skills and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Should be flexible with shift timings.
  • Should be good in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
